About Our Directors
The founders behind 1st Ability Rises
Our directors bring more than 15 years of combined experience in delivering support services and have a strong personal connection to the communities we serve.
Chloe brings extensive experience across the disability and community services sector, progressing from Support Worker to management roles overseeing Supported Independent Living (SIL) and participants with complex behaviours and mental health support needs. Her background also includes counselling and broader community services experience.
Jasna brings extensive frontline experience, progressing from Support Worker to Group Activities Manager, with a strong understanding of delivering inclusive, engaging and person-centred supports.
Together, their lived experience, leadership and industry expertise provide a genuine understanding of the diverse needs of individuals, families and carers, shaping our person-centred approach to supporting participants.
